Commissions are for personal use only. If you are interested in commercial work (any work that you intend to make your own profits from), please discuss this with me beforehand.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, of which I am not obligated to disclose.

Absolutely none of my work can be used for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT's), or be incorporated in any way into anything related or relevant to cryptocurrency, the blockchain, or anything of that nature.

Both parties (myself and the client) will have the right to post the finished piece to social media unless otherwise discussed.

I will NOT paint hateful content, machinery, excessive gore, excessively sexual or violent material, furries.

Do not claim my work as your own, nor attempt to remove my signature/watermark. All of my work is protected by copyright.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before these terms have gone into effect are still bound to its contents. Clients who are presently commissioning will be bound to any updates made to these terms in the future.

Unless otherwise communicated by the client, all finished commissions will be uploaded to my Patreon or Ko-Fi with a "COMMISSIONER USE ONLY" watermark, along with process stages and timelapses. If you would like your piece to be exempted, please let me know!

Please provide at least three references (the more the better!). A lack of references will incur an additional $15 charge.

Do not put in a commission request unless you have the funds ready/set aside.

No discounts on pricing unless explicitly offered up front.

No refunds or cancellations can be requested by the client once a first payment has been made.

Chargebacks are expressly prohibited, especially if I am not contacted beforehand.

After the first reveal of the final piece, there is a limit of one (1) free revision. Further revisions that involve a considerable change or addition will incur upwards of a $100 charge.

All payments will by default be made in USD through Artistree, which allows for payment through multiple platforms (PayPal, card, etc.). If Artistree is not an option, an invoice will be sent through PayPal.

100% of the total price will be due upon invoice following approval of the initial sketch. You must inform me of any delays in payment.

I will not start the rendering process until the payment has been made.

I will be in communication with you while I work on your piece to give you updates on progress.

All pieces can take anywhere from 4-9 weeks, though with external factors might take even longer. In the case there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you. I appreciate all the patience!

The final product will be a digital piece, 3300x4200 px in 300 dpi. If you would like a physical 8x10 print, you may pay an additional $18 to cover the cost to purchase and ship it through INPRNT.

In the case of using Paypal, the platform has an invoicing/transaction fee of 3.49% >, if you would like to cover said fee in a tip, that would be much appreciated, but not required!
